Role of Individual Student Advisory Council

Each school will approve its own by-laws, select a urine collection site (arranged by the Rotary Club of Houston) located closest to their school and make arrangements to test urine samples of potential DFYIT student members.  The student board will be responsible for assisting the lab test facility in securing student registration forms and parent permission slips (sample copies attached - provided by DFYIT) prior to student urine tests being performed.

ID Cards with student's picture will be issued upon receipt of negative urine tests.  The ID Card will identify the students Drug-Free status and for use in securing discounts at participating businesses, merchants and dealers.
